Highland Dragon Enterprise is an American owned company established in 1999. The modern, well-equipped cannery and cold storage facility is located in Binh duong Province close to Ho chi Minh city. The company produces an extensive range of canned tuna, frozen tuna loins and other related canned fish products. The operation has HACCP, ISO 22000 and BRC Accreditation. It is registered for both canned and frozen tuna products for export to the European Union. It also has FCE registration for export to the USA. The factory is Kosher approved and has Dolphin Safe status from Earth Island Institute.

Operational costs such as administration, marketing, fundraising, communication and other business services are covered with funds generated from our award-winning Volunteer Program and supplemented by our two main benefactors The Global Work & Travel Co. and XploreAsia.

This means that any donations received will go directly to benefiting the dogs, such as medical supplies, food and individual projects.
